Nedco has been a tenant of Cherney Properties now for several years and we have had the best experience ever! Just after we moved into our location at 765 The Kingsway, Cherney Properties took it upon themselves to repaint our building to give it a fresh new look. Whenever we have an issue with our plumbing, heating or air conditioning, they are there at a moment’s notice. Cherney Properties goes above and beyond for their tenants and it is greatly appreciated. Nedco will be a tenant of Cherney Properties for many years to come!
Peterborough Musicfest
We are so thrilled to be in our fifth year with office space at Cherney Properties. Giving us easy access to our festival venue at Del Crary Park and being in the downtown core are great attributes to help the networking required for our success. Thanks to the Cherney team for supporting our move back in 2012 and continuing to provide wonderful service, in addition to a great view of the river, too!

The Cherney team made our transition from our old location to our new location an easy and pleasant experience. From the negotiation to the renovations and continuing on to today, we have been thrilled to deal with such honest, pleasant and professional staff. Our last tenant experience was not great so we were extremely apprehensive to trust another landlord. I am happy to say that everything that was promised was delivered and there were no ‘hidden expensive’ surprises once we were in and settled. Actually, the only surprise was a good one—on the day of our grand opening, Cherney staff came by and wished us well and dropped off a beautiful Orchid. I truly wish we had made the move years ago!
